GSDM horizontal double-drive grooving v machine is a professional v grooving equipment, which is applicable to all metal plates, such as stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, galvanized plates and so on. The v grooving is an auxiliary process of sheet bending forming. At the bending line where the sheet needs to be bent and formed, special cutters are used to cut V-shaped grooves, so that the material is easy to be bent and formed, and the R outside the bending angle can be minimized, and then bent and formed with a bending machine or manually, The processing is completed by this method and meets the product appearance requirements. The depth, width and angle of the V-shaped groove can be ensured by the feed rate and the shape of the cutting tools during machining.
The base (a) and crossbeam (c) of GSDM v grooving machine are designed with frame structure, and the worktable is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel. The machine tool is rigid and durable as a whole. The machine tool processing process shall be strictly followed, and electric furnace tempering shall be adopted to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. Ensure excellent painting effect through sand blasting. The frame is formed by the imported CNC stereo machining center through one-time clamping processing, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of each mounting surface.
